She was born on January 15, 1983 in the village of Shmankivka, Chortkiv district, Ternopil region.
In 2002 she graduated from Husiatyn College named after I. Pulyuy with a degree in production organization. He began his career in the same year. The first job was Agropolis LLC, where the young girl worked as an accountant.
In 2003, Lyudmila Romanivna joined the Institute of Economics and Entrepreneurship and received a full higher education in Finance.
Being an enterprising, active and socially indifferent person in life, Lyudmila Romanivna became interested in political life very early. She is running in the election and becoming a local MP.
In 2010, Lyudmyla Romanivna went to work as an accountant for the election campaign of deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Crimea, local councils, village, town, city mayors, and in November her active position is confirmed by the fact that she was elected secretary of the Factory Village Council.
In the course of changes in the state, there is a turning point in the life of Lyudmila Romanovna – since April 2015 she has been appointed acting head of the Factory Village Council. Having received such a responsible position, the woman-leader immediately begins to implement her plans for the development of her native area and begins the process of implementing the state program for decentralization of power. As a result, in August of the same year she managed to unite the village. Factory and the neighboring village of Uhryn into a single community. At the end of the year, already at the elections, the residents of the newly formed community decided to officially entrust the development of the village of Zavodske and the village of Uhryn to fragile but confident hands, and elect a temporary leader as the head of the community.
Since then, Lyudmila Romanovna, simultaneously combining the role of wife and mother of three children (12, 9 and 3 years) becomes a leader who first of all creates his own, successful and effective team of professionals who for their main goal and the goal is to create a strong, promising community that its residents will be proud of.
In February 2018, Lyudmila Romanovna gave birth to a long-awaited boy.
