Marius Janukonis – Lithuanian statesman and diplomat. Ambassador of Lithuania in Ukraine from March 31, 2015. His diplomatic career he has built as the third and second secretary of the Central Europe Division, Political Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania. He was assistant in foreign policy of the President of the Republic of Lithuania and the Advisor of the Department of Eastern Europe and Central Asia of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania.

Over the past three years, the connection between Lithuania and Ukraine, support of Ukrainian reforms were in the top list of the Lithuanian foreign policy priorities.
